1/2 cup smooth peanut butter

1/2 cup raspberry jam

Instructions

1. Add the cottage cheese and honey to a blender or food processor.

2. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.

3. Place the peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 10-second intervals, stirring after each interval until melted.

4. Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.

5. Spread the blended cottage cheese mixture into an even layer on the prepared tray.

6. Drizzle alternating lines of melted peanut butter and raspberry jam over the cottage cheese mixture.

7. Use a toothpick or the back of a fork to gently swirl the peanut butter and jam together.

8. Sprinkle the granola evenly over the top.

9. Freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight until completely firm.
