These Cottage Cheese Overnight Oats are creamy, protein-packed, and incredibly easy to prepare. Made with rolled oats, cottage cheese, almond milk, honey, vanilla, and fresh berries, they’re the perfect make-ahead breakfast for busy mornings.

Ingredients

Scale

1/3 cup rolled oats (uncooked)

1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/4 cup cottage cheese

2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (or to taste)

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries

Instructions

1. Add the rolled oats, almond milk, cottage cheese, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and berries to a mason jar or airtight container.

2. Stir well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.

3. Cover the jar tightly with a lid.

4. Place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 to 3 hours or overnight until the oats soften and the mixture thickens.

5. Stir again before serving.

6. Add your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, chopped nuts, chia seeds, granola, or an extra drizzle of honey if desired.

7. Serve chilled and enjoy.

Notes

Old-fashioned rolled oats provide the best texture for overnight oats.

Blend the cottage cheese before mixing if you prefer a smoother consistency.

Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey or maple syrup.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Add crunchy toppings like granola or nuts just before serving to keep them crisp.

Swap the berries with bananas, peaches, apples, mangoes, or cherries for different flavor variations.
