This cottage cheese buffalo chicken dip is creamy, high-protein, and lighter than traditional buffalo dip. It’s perfect for game day, parties, and healthy snacking while still delivering bold buffalo flavor.

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

1 cup cottage cheese

1/2 cup buffalo sauce

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: green onions for garnish

Optional: ranch or blue cheese drizzle

Instructions

1. Blend cottage cheese in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.

2. Preheat oven to 375°F.

3. In a large bowl, mix blended cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.

4. Add shredded chicken, cheddar, and mozzarella cheese. Stir well.

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Transfer mixture to a baking dish.

7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.

8. Garnish with green onions and drizzle with ranch if desired.
