This Coconut Matcha Latte is a creamy, refreshing drink made with ceremonial-grade matcha, rich coconut milk, almond milk, and natural maple syrup. It’s packed with antioxidants and provides steady energy without the crash, making it the perfect healthy morning or afternoon beverage.
1 teaspoon ceremonial-grade matcha powder
2–3 tablespoons hot water (not boiling)
1/4 cup full-fat canned coconut milk
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1–2 teaspoons maple syrup (optional)
1 cup ice cubes
1. Heat water until hot but not boiling, about 175°F (80°C).
2. Place the matcha powder into a small bowl.
3. Pour the hot water over the matcha.
4. Whisk using a bamboo whisk in an “M” motion until the matcha is completely dissolved and lightly foamy.
5. Fill a tall serving glass with ice cubes.
6. Pour the full-fat coconut milk into the glass.
7. Add the almond milk.
