1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/3 cup Dutch-process cocoa powder 3 tablespoons unsalted butter softened 1/4 cup white sugar 2 tablespoons light brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/3 cup whole milk 6 scoops vanilla ice cream
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Whisk flour, salt, baking soda, and cocoa powder together. Mix butter, sugars, and vanilla until smooth. Add dry ingredients and milk to form batter.
