Creamy millionaire cheesecake salad loaded with fruit, marshmallows, coconut, pecans, and fluffy cheesecake filling.
8 ounces cream cheese softened
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/2 cup French vanilla creamer
8 ounces whipped topping thawed
2 cans mandarin oranges drained
1 can pineapple chunks drained
1 can pear chunks drained
3 cups mini marshmallows
1 jar maraschino cherries drained and halved
1 package sweetened flaked coconut
2 cups toasted pecans
4 graham cracker sheets broken into pieces
1. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy
2. Add powdered sugar and mix until combined
3. Slowly drizzle in vanilla creamer while mixing
4. Fold whipped topping gently into the cream cheese mixture
5. Add oranges pineapple pears marshmallows cherries coconut and pecans
6. Fold gently until evenly coated
7. Refrigerate for at least one hour
8. Top with graham cracker pieces before serving
Drain fruit completely before mixing
