1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
8 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1. Preheat oven to 350°F

5. Drop spoonfuls on batter
6. Swirl gently
7. Bake 22–25 minutes
8. Cool and slice
