Ingredients

1 cup sugar

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup shortening

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 can crushed pineapple

1/2 cup grated carrots

1/2 cup raisins

1/2 cup walnuts

Instructions

1. Preheat oven

2. Mix dry ingredients

3. Cream butter and sugar

4. Add eggs and vanilla

5. Combine mixtures

6. Fold in pineapple and carrots

7. Drop dough on baking sheet
