Rich and creamy Cajun cream sauce with bold spices, perfect for pasta, chicken, or seafood.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter

2 garlic cloves

1/4 cup white wine

1 1/2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Parsley

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

1. Melt butter in skillet

2. Add garlic and cook briefly

3. Add wine and reduce

4. Add spices and stir

5. Pour in cream and simmer

6. Stir in Parmesan and parsley

7. Add lemon juice if desired

8. Serve immediately
