Crispy buffalo cauliflower baked to perfection and coated in a spicy, tangy sauce.

Ingredients

Scale

2 heads cauliflower cut into florets

1 cup water

3/4 cup flour

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp butter

1/2 cup hot sauce

1 tsp honey

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 450°F

2. Mix flour water and spices

3. Coat cauliflower in batter

4. Place on greased baking sheet

5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes

6. Prepare sauce with butter hot sauce and honey

7. Coat cauliflower with sauce

8. Bake again for 10 minutes

9. Let cool before serving

Notes

Do not overcrowd pan

Bake twice for crispiness

Adjust spice level as needed
