1 1/3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
4 tablespoons water
1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 eggs lightly beaten
2 teaspoons vanilla
Vanilla ice cream
Hot fudge sauce
Whipped cream
Chopped peanuts
Sprinkles
1. Preheat oven to 325°F
2. Butter and line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper
3. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl
4. Melt butter in saucepan and stir in sugar and water
5. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted
6. Gradually whisk in eggs to temper them
7. Add vanilla and mix in dry ingredients
8. Pour batter into baking dish and bake for 30 to 35 minutes
9. Cool brownies completely
10. Top brownies with vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream, nuts, and sprinkles before serving
Do not overbake brownies for fudgy texture
