This easy Blueberry Cobbler features juicy blueberries baked beneath a buttery golden topping. It works perfectly with fresh or frozen blueberries and comes together with simple pantry ingredients.

Ingredients

4 cups blueberries

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon lemon zest

6 tablespoons butter

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup milk

Ground cinnamon for topping

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F

2. Place butter in a 9×13-inch baking dish and melt in oven

3. Combine blueberries, sugar, and lemon zest in a bowl

4. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl

5. Stir milk into dry ingredients until just combined

6. Spread blueberry mixture over melted butter

7. Drizzle batter evenly over blueberries

8. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon

9. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown

10. Cool slightly before serving

11. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream if desired

Fresh and frozen blueberries both work well
