Crispy Big Mac tacos with juicy beef, melted cheese, and signature sauce ready in minutes.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20)

4 small flour tortillas

4 slices cheese

1/2 cup shredded lettuce

1/4 cup diced onions

1/4 cup pickles

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp mustard

1 tbsp relish

Instructions

1. Mix sauce ingredients and set aside

2. Heat skillet over medium-high heat

3. Divide beef into portions

4. Place beef on skillet and press tortilla on top

5. Smash beef thin

6. Cook until crispy

7. Flip and add cheese

8. Cook until melted

9. Add lettuce, onions, pickles, and sauce

10. Fold and serve
