4 cups corn
1 jalapeño
1 clove garlic
6 tbsp cotija cheese
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp cilantro
1 lime juice
1 tsp chili powder

3. Remove from heat
4. Stir in cheese, mayo, lime juice
