1 lb beef sirloin

1.5 cups broccoli

1 red bell pepper

2 carrots

1 green onion

1 tsp garlic

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

1. Prep all ingredients

4. Remove and cook vegetables
