These beef enchiladas with flour tortillas combine seasoned ground beef, melted cheddar cheese, and savory enchilada sauce for an easy comforting dinner.
1 pound lean ground beef
1 small onion chopped
1 package dry enchilada sauce mix
10 flour tortillas
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can sliced black olives
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Cook ground beef and onions until browned and tender
3. Prepare enchilada sauce according to package directions
4. Pour some enchilada sauce into baking dish
5. Add beef mixture and cheese to each tortilla
6. Roll tortillas tightly
7. Place seam-side down into baking dish
8. Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas
9. Top with remaining cheese and olives
10. Bake until bubbly and cheese melts about 20 minutes
11. Serve warm with favorite toppings
