Juicy BBQ Chicken drumsticks grilled slowly and basted with a rich homemade barbecue sauce for incredible flavor.
10 chicken drumsticks
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cloves garlic chopped
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup onion finely chopped
3/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1. Mix brown sugar garlic salt and pepper into a paste
2. Coat chicken and marinate for at least 1 hour
3. Prepare BBQ sauce by cooking onion in oil
4. Add ketchup vinegar and Worcestershire sauce
5. Simmer for 10 minutes
6. Preheat grill to medium heat
7. Brown chicken over direct heat
8. Move chicken to indirect heat
9. Cook for 20 minutes
10. Baste with sauce every 10 minutes
11. Continue cooking until chicken reaches 165°F
12. Serve warm
Marinate overnight for maximum flavor
