Quick and easy bbq chicken flatbread loaded with smoky chicken, melted mozzarella, and tangy barbecue sauce.
1 large chicken breast
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 flatbreads
1/4 cup BBQ sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 small red onion sliced
1 small bell pepper sliced
Fresh cilantro for garnish
1. Preheat oven to 400°F
2. Mix chicken with olive oil and seasonings
3. Cook chicken in skillet until fully cooked
4. Line baking trays with parchment paper
5. Spread BBQ sauce over flatbreads
6. Top with mozzarella cheese
7. Add cooked chicken, onions, and bell peppers
8. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until cheese melts
9. Garnish with cilantro and serve immediately
Use rotisserie chicken for faster preparation
