1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Mix egg, milk, oil and mashed bananas in another bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Stir gently until combined. Heat a lightly greased griddle. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook 3 to 5 minutes until bubbles form. Flip and cook until golden brown. Serve hot with favorite toppings.
