1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
Salt and pepper

2. Salt and rest
3. Pat dry
4. Bread slices
5. Bake until golden
6. Layer with sauce and cheese
7. Bake again until bubbly
8. Serve warm
