This avocado chicken salad is creamy, healthy, and packed with protein. Perfect for quick lunches and meal prep.

Ingredients

1 lb cooked shredded chicken

1 ripe avocado

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

1 celery stalk diced

2 tbsp lime juice

2 tbsp green onions

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tsp cilantro

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Add chicken to a bowl

2. Add avocado and mix gently
