2 cucumbers sliced
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp garlic minced
1 tbsp ginger minced
1 tbsp sesame seeds
4 chili peppers sliced
1. Slice cucumbers thinly
2. Salt and let sit 15 minutes
3. Rinse and dry cucumbers
4. Mix vinegar and sugar until dissolved
5. Add sesame oil garlic ginger and seeds
6. Combine cucumbers and dressing
7. Add chili peppers and toss
