1/2 cup butter
1 package cream cheese
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 cups milk
6 ounces Parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat
2. Add cream cheese and garlic powder and whisk until smooth
3. Slowly add milk while whisking continuously
4. Stir in Parmesan cheese and black pepper
5. Cook until sauce thickens
6. Remove from heat
7. Toss with pasta and serve immediately
Use medium heat to prevent separation
Add milk to adjust thickness
