1 tablespoon water
1/2 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
1/3 cup grated Parmesan or Pecorino Romano cheese
1 (9-ounce) package refrigerated or frozen ravioli
Olive oil cooking spray
Marinara sauce, for serving
1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
2. Whisk the egg and water together in a small bowl.
3. Mix breadcrumbs and grated cheese in a shallow plate.
4. Dip each ravioli into the egg mixture, then coat evenly in breadcrumbs.
5. Lightly spray both sides with olive oil spray.
6. Arrange ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
