Air fryer toasted ravioli is a crispy, cheesy appetizer made with breaded ravioli cooked to golden perfection without deep frying. Perfect for dipping in marinara sauce.

Ingredients

1 large egg

1 tablespoon water

1/2 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs

1/3 cup grated Parmesan or Pecorino Romano cheese

1 (9-ounce) package refrigerated or frozen ravioli

Olive oil cooking spray

Marinara sauce, for serving

Instructions

1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

2. Whisk the egg and water together in a small bowl.

3. Mix breadcrumbs and grated cheese in a shallow plate.

4. Dip each ravioli into the egg mixture, then coat evenly in breadcrumbs.

5. Lightly spray both sides with olive oil spray.

6. Arrange ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

7. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.

8. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.

Frozen ravioli may need 1–2 extra minutes.
