Air fryer tilapia cooked until flaky and juicy using simple seasonings. A fast, healthy fish dinner ready in minutes.

Ingredients

2 tilapia fillets

1 tablespoon olive oil spray

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.

2. Pat tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.

3. Season both sides with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

4. Lightly spray fillets with olive oil.

5. Place fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

6. Air fry for 8–10 minutes until flaky.

7. Serve immediately with lemon.

Notes

Thicker fillets may need 1–2 extra minutes.

Do not overcrowd the basket.
