16 oz baby portobello mushrooms
1 lb ground sausage, cooked and drained
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Olive oil spray
1. Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
2. Add stems, sausage, cream cheese, parsley, garlic, and parmesan to a food processor.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Lightly spray air fryer basket with oil.
5. Stuff mushroom caps evenly.
6. Spray tops lightly with oil.
7. Air fry at 390°F for 8–10 minutes.
8. Serve hot.
Do not overcrowd the basket.
Check at 5 minutes on first batch.
