A moist and fluffy strawberry cake made effortlessly in the air fryer.

Ingredients

Scale

2 large eggs

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup sour cream

½ cup vegetable oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups all‑purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1 lb fresh strawberries, halved

Instructions

1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F

2. Cream eggs and sugar

3. Add sour cream, oil, vanilla

4. Mix dry ingredients separately

5. Combine wet and dry

6. Layer batter and strawberries in pan

7. Air fry 12‑15 minutes until toothpick clean

8. Cool completely

9. Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle strawberry puree

Notes

Toss berries in a bit of flour to prevent sinking

Use smaller pan for even baking

Shield top if browning too quickly

Store cooled cake in airtight container 2‑3 days
