Tender air fryer ribs with bold seasoning and caramelized edges, cooked quickly without an oven.
2 lbs baby back ribs
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1. Remove membrane and pat ribs dry.
2. Rub ribs with olive oil and spices.
3. Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
4. Cook ribs 20 minutes, flip halfway.
5. Brush with sauce and cook 10–15 minutes more.
6. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
Cut ribs to fit basket.
Add sauce late to prevent burning.
