1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
¾ cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
¾ cup buttermilk (room temperature)
2 large eggs (room temperature)
½ cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon red gel food coloring
Cream cheese frosting (homemade or store-bought)
1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for 5 minutes.
2. Grease a 6-inch cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
3. Whisk flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk buttermilk, eggs, oil, vanilla, vinegar, and red coloring.
