These Air Fryer Pizza Egg Rolls are crispy on the outside and loaded with gooey mozzarella, pepperoni, and rich marinara sauce inside. They’re the perfect quick appetizer, snack, or party food made lighter in the air fryer.
14 egg roll wrappers
8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into sticks
10 oz mini pepperoni
1 cup marinara sauce, divided
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic salt
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2. Cut mozzarella cheese into even sticks.
3. Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface in a diamond shape.
4. Add 1 teaspoon marinara sauce, 1 mozzarella stick, and 2 tablespoons pepperoni to the lower third.
5. Fold the bottom corner over filling, fold in sides, and roll tightly.
6. Seal the edge with a little water.
7. Repeat with remaining wrappers.
8. Brush egg rolls lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic salt.
9. Place seam-side down in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
10. Reduce temperature to 360°F and air fry for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
11. Serve hot with remaining marinara sauce.
