This air fryer peach cobbler cake combines juicy peaches with a fluffy cake topping, delivering classic cobbler flavor in a faster, healthier way without heating the oven.

2 cups sliced peaches (fresh or canned, drained)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/3 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 box yellow cake mix

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup melted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Nonstick spray

Instructions

1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a cake pan that fits your basket.

2. Toss sliced peaches with lemon juice, brown sugar, and cinnamon.

3. Spread the peach mixture evenly in the prepared pan.

4. In a bowl, whisk cake mix, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.

5. Pour the batter gently over the peaches without stirring.

6. Place the pan in the air fryer basket.

7. Air fry for 25–30 minutes until the top turns golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

8. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
