Ingredients

Scale

1 lb lean ground beef

3/4 cup milk

1 large egg

3 slices bread, finely torn

1/2 tbsp onion powder

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp dry ground mustard

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/8 tsp garlic powder

1/3 cup ketchup

1/3 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, gently mix all meatloaf ingredients except the glaze until just combined.

2. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.

3. Shape the meat mixture into an even loaf inside the basket.

4. Air fry at 350°F for 15 minutes.

5. Mix ketchup and BBQ sauce to create the glaze.

6. Brush glaze over the meatloaf.

7. Air fry for an additional 10 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.

8. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use lean ground beef to prevent excess grease and smoking.

Do not overmix the meat to keep the meatloaf tender.

Allow resting time so the meatloaf slices cleanly.
