Decadent mini lava cakes made in your air fryer with a gooey chocolate center.

Ingredients

Scale

4 oz semi-sweet chocolate

¼ cup unsalted butter

1 large egg

1 egg yolk

2 Tbsp sugar

2 Tbsp all-purpose flour

½ tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Grease two 6‑oz ramekins

2. Melt chocolate and butter until smooth

3. Beat egg, yolk, sugar, vanilla until pale

4. Fold in chocolate then flour

5. Divide batter into ramekins

6. Air fry at 370°F for 8–10 min

7. Let cool 1 min then invert and serve

Use high‑quality chocolate

Adjust time for air fryer model

Serve with ice cream or berries
