2 large eggs
1/3 cup milk
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
4 slices day-old bread

Powdered sugar for serving
1. Preheat air fryer to 370°F and line basket with parchment paper.
2. Whisk eggs, milk, butter, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
3. Dip bread slices into custard mixture, coating both sides.
4. Place in air fryer basket without overlapping.
5. Cook 4–6 minutes, flip, then cook 2–3 minutes until golden.
6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm.
Use brioche or challah bread for richer flavor.
Swap dairy milk for almond or oat milk for variation.
