1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup softened butter
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk (or milk alternative)

1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup mixed dried fruit

1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for 3–5 minutes.
