Soft, chocolatey air fryer donuts that are ready in under 10 minutes. Easy, fluffy, and perfectly glazed.
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
2 Tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
2. Whisk dry ingredients in a bowl.
3. Mix milk, egg, butter, and vanilla in another bowl.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
5. Spoon or pipe batter into greased silicone donut molds.
6. Air fry for 6–8 minutes or until centers spring back.
7. Cool slightly, glaze or dust with sugar, and enjoy.
Avoid overmixing the batter.
For richer flavor, add a tablespoon of sour cream.
Glaze while slightly warm for perfect coating.
