2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1–2 tablespoons olive oil
Kosher salt
Dried oregano (or Italian seasoning)
Paprika
Garlic powder
Black pepper
1. Pat chicken breasts dry.
2. Mix olive oil, salt, oregano, paprika, garlic and pepper.
3. Rub seasoning paste over both sides of the chicken.
4. Preheat air fryer to 370°F.
5. Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
6. Cook 10 minutes, flip, then cook 4–8 more minutes until internal temp ~160°F.
7. Remove chicken and let rest for 5 minutes, tented with foil.
Always use a meat thermometer for safety.
You can brine the chicken or use a different seasoning blend for variation.
