Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower is crispy, spicy, and perfect for game day. These cauliflower bites are coated in a seasoned batter, air fried until golden, and tossed in bold buffalo sauce.

Ingredients

1 head cauliflower, cut into florets

2/3 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup cornstarch

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp salt

3/4 cup water

Buffalo sauce, for brushing

Vegan ranch or blue cheese, optional

Instructions

1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

2. Whisk flour, cornstarch, spices, salt, and water until smooth.

3. Add cauliflower and toss to coat completely.

4. Remove florets, letting excess batter drip off.

5. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

6. Air fry for 9 minutes, then flip carefully.

7. Brush with buffalo sauce and air fry 5–10 minutes more.

8. Brush with additional sauce and serve immediately.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the basket.

Sauce twice for best flavor.

Serve immediately for maximum crispiness.
