Super-quick, fudgy air fryer brownies ready in under 15 minutes.

Ingredients

Whole wheat or all-purpose flour (1/3 cup)

Dutch-process cocoa powder (1/4 cup)

Salt (1/16 tsp)

Coconut oil or butter, melted (1/4 cup + 2 tsp)

Granulated or coconut sugar (1/2 cup)

Vanilla extract (1 tsp)

Egg (1 large)

Chocolate chips (1/4 cup) + extra to sprinkle

Instructions

1. Line a 6-inch pan with parchment.

2. Stir flour, cocoa, and salt in bowl.

3. Mix oil, sugar, vanilla; add egg.

4. Fold in dry ingredients, then chips.

5. Preheat air fryer to 340 °F.

6. Pour batter into pan; top with chips.

7. Bake 10-14 minutes until crust forms and center jiggles.

8. Cool completely before serving.

Notes

Don’t overmix batter.

Use toothpick to check doneness in center vs side.

Store at room temp for 4 days or refrigerate for fudgier texture.
