This air fryer bread is soft on the inside with a lightly crisp crust. It’s quick to make, requires simple ingredients, and bakes perfectly without an oven.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 cup milk

1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.

2. Add milk and oil and stir until a soft dough forms.

3. Grease a small air-fryer-safe pan.

4. Transfer dough into the pan and smooth the top.

5. Air fry at 320°F for 15–20 minutes.

6. Check doneness with a toothpick.

7. Cool slightly before slicing.

Notes

Do not overfill the pan.

Cover loosely with foil if browning too fast.

Use a smaller pan for better rise.
