Quick, jammy, and buttery Air Fryer Blackberry Cobbler with a golden topping — ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients

23 cups blackberries (fresh or frozen)

2 tbsp brown sugar

½ tsp cornstarch

¼ tsp vanilla

⅛ tsp cinnamon

4 tbsp melted salted butter

½ cup all-purpose flour

⅓ cup sugar

½ tsp baking powder

Instructions

1. Mix blackberries with brown sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, and cinnamon.

2. Combine butter, flour, sugar, and baking powder until crumbly.

3. Grease ramekins and fill with berry mixture.

4. Top with dough, leaving some fruit visible.

5. Air fry at 320°F for 19–21 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Notes

Use frozen berries for a juicier filling.

Cover loosely with foil halfway if browning too fast.
