Flaky, fluffy air fryer biscuit donuts coated in cinnamon sugar and made in under 10 minutes.
1 can jumbo flaky biscuits
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
2. Separate biscuit dough and cut holes in the center.
3. Air fry 4–6 donuts at a time for 3 minutes per side.
4. Melt butter in one bowl and mix cinnamon sugar in another.
5. Dip donuts in butter, roll in cinnamon sugar, and cool briefly before serving.
Use flaky buttermilk biscuits for the best layers.
Make donut holes with the leftover centers.
Store in airtight container for up to 2 days or freeze uncoated for up to 3 months.
