1 cup all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ cup + 2 tbsp mashed banana (2 medium)
½ cup light brown sugar
½ cup yogurt
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp chopped walnuts
1. Preheat air fryer to 340°F for 5 minutes.
2. Grease a 6-inch cake pan.
3. Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth.
4. Whisk in brown sugar, yogurt, oil, egg, and vanilla.
5. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt separately.
