Quick, savory breakfast with crisp bacon, runny eggs, and toasted bread, made entirely in your air fryer.

Ingredients

2 slices of bacon

2 large eggs

2 slices of bread

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (176°C)

2. Place bread slices in air fryer basket

3. Form a bacon “nest” around the bread edges

4. Crack an egg into each bacon nest

5. Season with salt and pepper

6. Air fry for 10 minutes until bacon is crisp and eggs are set

7. Carefully remove using a spatula and serve immediately

Notes

If bacon is thick, pre-cook for 3-4 minutes before adding eggs

Use thicker or slightly stale bread for better structure

Add cheese, herbs, or avocado for variation

Adjust cook time slightly depending on your air fryer
