Air Fryer Apple Pie Cottage Cheese Toast is a high-protein breakfast made with crispy toast, creamy cottage cheese, and warm cinnamon apples — ready in minutes.
2 slices sourdough or whole-grain bread
1/2 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or whipped)
1 medium apple, peeled and diced
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (optional)
Cooking spray
1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, toss diced apple with cinnamon, vanilla, and maple syrup.
3. Lightly spray bread slices and air fry for 2–3 minutes until lightly toasted.
4. Spread cottage cheese evenly over the toast.
5. Spoon the apple mixture on top of the cottage cheese.
