1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/3 mashed banana
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Optional: 1 scoop collagen peptides
Toppings: blueberries, banana, almond butter, hemp seeds
1. Combine oats and almond milk in a saucepan on medium heat.
2. Add in mashed banana and stir continuously.
3. Stir in maple syrup and cinnamon, bring to a soft boil.
4. Lower heat and continue stirring until oats thicken.
5. Serve in bowl and top with fruits, nut butter, and seeds.
You can substitute almond milk with oat or cow’s milk.
Use frozen berries for toppings if fresh aren’t available.
Add extra milk if you prefer thinner oatmeal.
