A chewy, high‑protein peanut butter cookie made in your air fryer in under 10 minutes.
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 egg
Pinch of salt
1. In a bowl, stir peanut butter, protein powder, honey, egg, and salt until smooth.
2. Scoop dough (¼ cup) onto air fryer liner.
3. Air fry at 325°F (160°C) for 7–8 minutes.
4. Cool for 2 minutes before removing.
For extra flavor, stir in 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips after mixing.
Freeze extra dough balls on a tray, then transfer to a bag for later baking.
