Fluffy air fryer pancakes made with simple ingredients and cooked to golden perfection without flipping. Perfect for a quick, mess-free breakfast.

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1 egg

3/4 cup milk

2 tbsp melted butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

Non-stick spray or butter for molds

Instructions

1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.

2. In a bowl, whisk dry ingredients together.

3. Add egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla; mix until smooth.

4. Lightly grease silicone molds or ramekins.

5. Pour batter into molds, filling only 2/3 full.

6. Place molds in air fryer basket, leaving space for airflow.

7. Cook for 6–8 minutes; check doneness at 7 minutes.

8. Remove molds carefully and let pancakes cool for 1 minute before serving.

Notes

Use silicone molds for best results.

Adjust cooking time for thicker batters or gluten-free versions.
