Light, fluffy cloud‑style bread made in your air fryer using just three ingredients—no oven needed!

Ingredients

Scale

3 large eggs, separated

3 tbsp cream cheese, softened

1/4 tsp cream of tartar

Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C)

2. Separate eggs, ensure whites are yolk‑free

3. Mix yolks with cream cheese (and salt if using)

4. Beat whites with cream of tartar to stiff peaks

5. Gently fold yolk mix into whites

6. Scoop 3–4″ rounds onto parchment in fryer basket

7. Air fry 10–12 minutes until golden

8. Cool slightly before serving

Notes

Use room‑temperature ingredients for fluffiness

Be gentle when folding to retain air

Store in airtight container up to 4 days or freeze individually
