1/2 ripe banana
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup rolled oats
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
1 tablespoon chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)
1. Mash the banana in a small bowl using a fork.
